we guarantee it. You get our 30 day replacement, exchange or refund guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your Global Chef® purchase when care instructions are followed and correct size has been ordered. 15% restocking fee applies for sizing exchanges and freight paid by customer.

With Master Distributors in China, India, Australia , Korea and Brazil we shall soon have warehouses close to you. Payment, Pricing & Promotions: All prices displayed on this website are current at the time but may change without notice. Discounts are provided to Trade customers ordering more than 5 pieces per style. Corporate Customers and Authorised Distributors can login to access their agreed price list. From time to time we run promotions for our customers. Payment is to be made at the time of placing your order.
Viewing Orders: Orders past and present can be viewed once logged in to your account. You will be requested to complete an online registration the first time you place an order.
Updating Account Information: Once you are registered on line then you can update your information at anytime by logging on.
